Parents: All students that wish to participate must have a valid Physical from this school year on file. 

All forms must be filled out on RankOne.

Proper Attire must be worn.

No Crocs, no socks, no slides. Only tennis shoes, gym shorts and t-shirts will be allowed to be worn.
