Welcome to Scobee The mission of Francis R. Scobee Middle School is to develop and promote motivated and academically prepared students with the strength of character to make contributions to a rapidly changing society. We will strive to provide a rigorous, stimulating academic environment that will both challenge and support students. Our goal is to nurture a sense of curiosity, connection, and love of learning that extends beyond the middle school years. The success of our efforts will be measured by student engagement and performance in the classroom, as well as the statemandated TAKS test. Students will also have opportunities for success beyond the classroom through participation and achievements in extracurricular activities and organizations.
